This unique relationship gives TMS Corporation Inc. the opportunity to establish a network of retail outlets that will offer the public the first opportunity to have the convenience of the new TMS Corporation Hybrid Stored Value/Gift Card without the need for a bank account. This retail merchant network, together with a co-branded TMS Corporation-Hybrid/Gift Card retail product, sold active globally, will provide a brand new recurring fee income product to TMS Corporation and the retailer/Merchants. In addition, without incremental cost, TMS Corporation will also offer a new and better payroll system consisting of their own proprietary eWallet Plus online portal and or a fully flagged Debit Card/ Payroll Card that will permit employers to pay employees by electronic deposit into a safe and convenient on line portal and or a safe and secure Hybrid/Stored Value Debit/Gift Card product, without a bank account (the Compass Card acts as a money storage component), and at a significant cost savings to the employer and employee.
